1. Go online and purchase and complete the online portion of HeartCode BLS Provider: https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-bls

(currently, it costs $34 and downloads instantly. It has the latest Healthcare Provider BLS e-book built-in. AHA has an open-book, open-notes policy allowing the use.)

2. Print a copy of the completion certificate. Bring this with you to the hands-on session. There is a $25 fee for the hands-on session, paid in person via cash or venmo.

3. Go to https://atlas.heart.org/home?state=aR2cM9CSdLcvTLj_dJU_rd7dOBEZBBw9gnob4nSLpT1PM and book a time slot to complete the in-person HeartCode BLS Provider Class. Upon arriving at the site, you can go to the set of doors in the front of the building that is not under the carport.

4. Upon successful completion of the session, we place the e-card code into the electronic roster and your training is complete and a copy of your completion certificate is valid to serve your training needs.

HeartSaver First Aid CPR AED Class and K-12 Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Class Check for Availability on AHA Website: https://atlas.heart.org/home?state=aR2cM9CSdLcvTLj_dJU_rd7dOBEZBBw9gnob4nSLpT1PM

 

1. If you are a K-12 online Schooler or guardian/parent, or coach or a K-12 Homeschooling parent or guardian or student, you are eligible to take the K-12 HeartSaver course for $7.00/person. (This does not include a copy of the book used- copies available in class).

2. If you are not a K-12 online or homeschooler, AHA charges more for materials so your cost is $25/person (Does not include the workbook or e-book, but copies are available in the class). The in-person course is 3 hours. If you need recertification, you can go online and complete the training portion beforehand, (https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartsaver-first-aid-cpr-aed-online) - it has the workbook incorporated and we will test you on the skills and provide your certification card. Bring your online completion certificate and $25 for the testing portion. For re-certifications, it will take approximately 1 hour of time to complete skills training.
